Brigid's Crossing
BLACK ROCK CITY 2014 | PAIUTE COUNTRY
A climbable sculpture built for Burning Man in 2014. The design uses four-hundred 2.5m lengths of Tahoe Douglas Fir to create a three-dimensional extrusion of the Brigid's Cross, a symbol from Celtic mythology. Event participants were invited to climb inside and around the structure, weaving their stories together by leaving notes and tokens for others to discover.
